As a hairstylist, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re just some general guidelines to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.

NEED TO CANCEL?

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, you may be subject to a charge of 50% of booked appointment value.  This would need to be paid before rebooking any service and would not go to any payment of future appointments.

RUNNING LATE?

I'm usually booked to capacity and out of respect for all of my clients, If you show up late to your appointment more than 15 minutes after the start time you will be asked to reschedule. When possible I will do my best to alter your service so that I can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

I'm currently located in a very small studio and for any children's safety I am unable to accommodate children during your appointment. I ask that you kindly provide proper supervision for them with an additional caretaker outside of the studio for your scheduled appointment.

SATISFACTION

My Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to me! If you have questions of concerns about a service you are getting, or have received, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.  Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however I will happily make adjustments to the original service! Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of original appointment.  Most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this, color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
